Shipping
Items are shipped by the Postal Service of the Italian Post (Poste Italiane S.p.a.), on the national territory. It is possible to track the package in every moment, through the option “Dove e Quando”.
Shipping times are of circa 20 days, printing time included.
Payment
You can pay with credit card (Recharge PostaPay), or with Anticipated Bank Benefit.
Prices include shipping fees, package and current VAT.
Eventual changes concerning VAT or similar taxes will be noticed in the bill or in the summary of shipping. No invoices are released unless required by the client, and this is to be mentioned in the order, giving your Social Security Number and your VAT number (art. 22, DPR 633/72 IVA).
Returning the Items
With the formula "satisfied or paid back", you have up to 14 days, departing from the delivery of the sent goods, to return us the items which you don’t like. We only accept items which are not used or damaged, still in their original package. Send back the items, the package and the copy of the summary of shipping with an ordinary pack to the following address:

Fees and expense charged on the sender, and not on Lim Studio.
